Spare parts
Lifting motor：It adopts fully-enclosed and explosion-proof conical asynchronous motors. The max torque is twice and three times of the full loading. It has B or F class insulation, IP44, IP54 protection and ICO141 self-cooling. So it is safe and durable.
Lifting reducer：It adopts standard Modulus of cylindrical gears, is installed with antifriction bearing, so it is convenient to maintenance. The strength is high for gear and gear shaft are made of heat treated alloy steel. High quality cast iron shell and enclosed assebly make it difficlt to be dirty. Reducers are independent so the transmission is steady.
Hook：It is constructured by high quality carbon steel, and the end adopts card board type structure. To be supported in the hook beam through a single scroll thrust bearing makes it free oscillation. 5t and below is single slippery wheel and 10t or heavier is double slide wheel. When the explosion-proof is dIICT4，head of hook adopts stainless steel.
Protection devices
It includs special explosion-proof protections of up and down traveling limiter,overloading limiter and anti-clashing devices. Those ensure the hoist to travel safely and smoothly.
