Insulation Overhead Crane Overview

An insulated overhead crane is a double girder overhead crane with an insulated Crane Hook, which is different from a standard hook double girder overhead crane. The insulated hook overhead crane is a material handling equipment used to lift and transport loads in live environments, such as factories for electrolytic magnesium, aluminium and other non-ferrous metals. The crane is composed of four major parts: box girder, bridge structure, travelling mechanism, trolley and electrical equipment. During operation, to prevent the current on the live parts from being transmitted to the crane through the workplace and endangering the life safety of the operator, Reliable insulation devices are installed at appropriate locations on the crane. An isolation crane is a heavy-duty overhead crane with double brakes for safety when lifting. The lifting capacity of the isolation crane ranges from 5 tons to 50 tons, and the working level is A6. All operating actions of the crane are controlled from the cab.

Main Body

Double girder, welding box beam, and camber meet national standards
Adopt high quality carbon steel, Q235B or Q345B; (similar as Fe37 or Fe 52)
The main welding submerged are welded automatically, with nondestructive flaw detection
The trolley consisted of a motor, reducer, brake, coupling, wheel, and drum
No asbestos brake pad or brake block, insert the card installed, safe and reliable
The speed reducer has a hard-toothed surface, compact structure, and durable
The end girder is matched with a rail buffer and rail clearance device
Crane protection grade is IP54 or IP44
F-grade insulation, brake effectively and long service life

Electric System

The electric box layout is reasonable and easy to repair

External cable is equipped with a mark line number
