European Electric Wire Rope Hoist Overview

European wire rope electric hoist is a light lifting product designed and developed according to FEM standards and using European technology. The European-style electric hoist has an advanced design, compact structure, efficient and smooth operation, simple operation, and modular technology for easy maintenance. European-type electric hoists also have the advantages of lightweight, low headroom, well-equipped configuration, low noise, energy saving and environmental protection. They are now the preferred electric hoist style for most customers.

European electric wire rope hoists are sometimes slightly more expensive than standard wire rope hoists, but the exact price is calculated according to the specific parameters provided by the customer.

European Wire Rope Hoist Features

The European electric wire rope hoist, motor and reducer produced by our company all adopt British SZW, which has a long service life, maintenance-free, low noise and other advantages, as follows:

1. The self-weight is optimized by the ANSYS software of the crane. With advanced technology, the optimal structure is adopted from the hoist, the end beam and the main beam, and the self-weight is far lighter than the traditional crane. The wheel pressure on the track is small, the requirements on the plant are less, the scope of application is wider, and the cost of the plant is saved.
2. Occupying a small space can make very efficient use of plant space. The limit distance between the Crane Hook and the wall on both sides is small, and the clearance is high. The existing workshop has a larger effective working space and the layout of the plant is more flexible. The new plant can be designed to be smaller and more functional.
3. High performance of the use of frequency conversion technology, the crane runs smoothly to minimize the sway of the load, making the loading positioning faster and more accurate. It also reduces friction and mechanical stress between the crane and the plant structure. Due to the large diameter and short length of the wire rope reel, the horizontal running distance of the hook is the shortest, so the positioning of the load is more precise. For each lifting of 1 m, the hook only needs to move 5 mm horizontally. For applications where horizontal displacement is not permitted, a crane with a double rope lifting device is available.
4. Easy to operate. A variety of ergonomically designed suspension controllers are used to control all functions, including auxiliary material transfer spreaders such as electromagnets. The pendant button box with LCD communicates interactively with the ControlPro safety and performance control system to continuously display weight information as the weight is lifted. An optional wireless Remote Control system is also available. The radio control is divided into a hand-held and joystick transmission type, providing the best control solution for the use of lifting equipment in demanding and complex environments.
5. Safe and reliable. The new European Electric Hoist has more than ten protection measures such as overheat protection, overload protection and phase sequence protection, which can ensure the safe operation of the crane. The diameter of the hoisting equipment is more than double that of the conventional one, and the wire rope has a small yaw angle. This structure can reduce the tension and the degree of wear of the wire rope. The PS hoist high-performance hoisting motor provides more horsepower, excellent cold characteristics and sustainable power connection. The large-capacity lifting device is designed with two lifting motors. The PS hoist has a stronger power transmission and braking system, is dust-proof and can be adjusted automatically. For special requirements, two brakes are available. It is equipped with KCI’s unique advanced electronic control system, ControlPro, which measures, calculates and monitors the performance, safety and working conditions of the crane, making the material transport more convenient and safer.
6. With low operating and maintenance costs using a green design concept, the machine power consumption is small, less power. The new European electric hoist produced by Yuantai is reliable in quality and has a low failure rate during correct use.
