The customer in Pakistan runs a steel mill and has purchased crane equipments for many times. In 2016, they purchased 9 bridge cranes and electromagnets. In 2020, customer purchased QN 20T double girder overhead crane again, and the customer will be equipped with electromagnets and grabs.
The two bridge cranes will be installed in the scrap plant for grabbing/extracting scrap iron, so they choose the QN type overhead crane.
QN double girder overhead crane with grab hook is on the basis of QD, a cable reel installation position is reserved on the trolley for powering the grab (usually an electro-hydraulic grab) or electromagnet. At the same time, the electrical cabinet also reserves a cable reel connection port. All electrical components are also larger than the general QD model bridge crane when matching, and the power of hydraulic grab and electromagnet should be considered.
The other parts are the same as QD, the bottom is the hook, which can be hung with electromagnet or hydraulic grab

Similarly, there is QC (electromagnetic bridge crane), which is equipped with electromagnets instead of hooks by default, and QL (electromagnetic hanging beam bridge cranes)
