1) When intercepting the wire rope, tie the thin iron wires on both sides of the cut to prevent loosening, and the strapping length should not be less than 5 times the diameter of the wire rope.
2) When threading and winding the wire rope, the wire rope shall not form kinks, hard bends, flattened, shaved, etc. The coiled wire rope should be rolled or hoisted to make the wire rope level before being worn.
3) No matter what kind of fixing method is adopted for the wire rope, the rope end must be firmly fixed, and all fixed connecting bolts should be equipped with locking devices and reported to the technical inspection department for re-inspection.
4) When the pulley block is installed, check its flexibility of rotation, and there should be no jamming. The pulley that is not flexible should be disassembled and cleaned for inspection. If it is still inflexible, it should be adjusted and replaced.
5) The winding method of wire rope, pulley, drum, main and auxiliary hook connection should meet the requirements of the drawing.
